As a 3rd Engineer on a Bulk carrier, you will be part of the engine department team responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the vessel. Your role will involve maintaining and repairing engine room equipment and systems. You will work closely with other engineers and crew members to ensure the vessel's mechanical systems are functioning properly.
Your day-to-day duties will include performing routine maintenance and repairs on engine room equipment, monitoring and analyzing system performance, and troubleshooting issues as they arise. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repair activities. Additionally, you will participate in safety drills and training exercises to ensure you are prepared to respond to emergencies.

Requirements
- OKMust hold a relevant STCW/CoC certificate
- OKMust have at least 2 years of experience as a 3rd Engineer on a merchant vessel
- OKMust have a strong understanding of engine room systems and equipment
- OKMust be able to work independently and as part of a team
- OKMust be physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
